These terms govern your use of the pklu platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to everything on this page.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed exactly one pklu account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. Your account must be registered in your real name with accurate personal details — no exceptions.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

All pklu bonuses come with wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated in each bonus offer. Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash directly.

Withdrawals to Your Own Account

pklu only processes withdrawals to payment methods registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a third-party bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. This protects both you and the integrity of the platform.

pklu is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We verify age during registration and reserve the right to request identity documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pklu platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pklu.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the pklu platform. Continued use of pklu after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all pklu services including the website, mobile application, live casino, sports betting, and any other features offered under the pklu brand.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a pklu account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be accessing pklu from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pklu employee.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pklu.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

pklu reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

pklu uses automated age verification tools during registration. Additional manual verification may be requested before your first withdrawal is processed.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one pklu account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. pklu is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pklu login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pklu support immediately via live chat.

  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters and numbers.
  • pklu will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
  • Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended.

04 Deposits and Payments

pklu accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits are credited to your pklu account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pklu does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

pklu does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside pklu's control.

All transactions on pklu are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion involved for players depositing from Bangladesh.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. pklu does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

  • Standard accounts: within 24 hours
  • Gold VIP: within 4 hours
  • Platinum VIP: within 2 hours
  • Diamond VIP: within 1 hour

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification checks.

pklu reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending identity verification request. In such cases, pklu will notify the account holder and provide a clear explanation.

Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

pklu offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all pklu promotions:

  • Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Only one bonus can be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
  • pklu reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.
  • Bets placed using bonus funds that exceed the maximum bet limit stated in the bonus terms will not count toward wagering requirements.
  • pklu may void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on pklu operate under certified fair play standards. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. RNG-based games use independently audited random number generators to ensure unpredictable and unbiased outcomes.

pklu publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every game in the game information panel. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — pklu will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and any stakes returned to the player's account.

  • Game results displayed on your screen are final once confirmed by the pklu server.
  • Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant session.
  • pklu's decision on disputed game outcomes is final after internal review.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pklu and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies, or any method not consistent with genuine gameplay.
  • Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any form of financial deception.
  • Money laundering: Using pklu to process funds derived from illegal activity. pklu complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
  • Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity documents.
  • Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.

pklu uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour may be temporarily restricted while an investigation is conducted.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

pklu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Chargebacks initiated against pklu deposits.
  • Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — your verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pklu support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Privacy and Data

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pklu's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

pklu is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical errors.
  • Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pklu reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these terms, you must stop using pklu and may request account closure before the changes take effect. Continued use of pklu after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
